Laptop seems to have given up the ghost. Might be the hard drive, might be a motherboard issue of some kind.
Ran a memory test, that would have been easiest if that was the problem, but it's not.
Helped Maddy buy a Dell recently, and it was a nice one (I currently have a Dell)
So that's an option, but it's not the best time of year for this kind of expense. But then again, when is it...
Ah well, nothing I can do right now.....
